Texas A&M Master of Health Administration Students awarded Scholarships
The Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) awarded three scholarships to Texas A&M University School of Public Health students pursuing the Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree.
Elizabeth Arana, John Creel, and Jesus Lechuga were presented scholarships by HFMA representatives Dr. Jordan Mitchell and Jamil Aslam. Each scholarship was for $1,000.
Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in an accredited health care finance or health care administration graduate degree program. Recipients are selected based upon their academic achievement, experience and interest in the health care finance, leadership skills, and involvement in HFMA, either at the national or regional level.
