Accreditation Information

The Texas A&M School of Public Health, a member of the Texas A&M University Health Science Center, is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), which is an independent agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit schools of public health. These schools prepare students for entry into careers in public health.

The school has been accredited since 2001.

At its October 2011 meeting, the CEPH board of directors acted to accredit the Texas A&M School of Public Health for a seven-year term, extending to Spring 2018.
